Creating an Andon Flow

After you’ve created an andon board, an andon flow (with the same name as the andon board) will be automatically created as well. Nonetheless, you can rename this flow or also manually create andon flows. Here’s how to create one:

1. Click on “Quality Management” on the homepage sidebar.
2. Click on “Andon”.
3. Click on “Settings”.
4. Click the three-dot icon next to the andon board that will host this new andon flow.
5. Click on “Add flow”.
6. Enter the andon flow’s basic data (only the name field is mandatory). You can fill in the other fields later.
7. When you’re done, click on “Add”.
